van goghYou have the chance to come and join writer and cultural critic Anthony Russell for a free lecture on Vincent Van Gogh, one of the best known painters of the world. Mr Russell’s lecture will take place at 15:30 at Pansodan Scene on Sunday 31 August 2014. Don’t miss the opportunity to discover more about this “madman or genius”. Anthony Russell is the founder of the Chandos Foundation, a non-political, entirely independent foundation committed to promoting the culture of peaceful coexistence through dialogue and the arts. More information about the Foundation and the lecture: http://www.thechandos.com/7vangogh.htm

This occasion will bring to life a new project of Pansodan: starting from the end of September, an ‘art history club’ will regularly take place at the Pansodan Scene. The aim of these sessions will be to open up the gates towards international art theory and techniques with a main focus on the twentieth century and create interesting debates, dialogues about (contemporary) fine arts. More information to come in our next newsletter!
